WHERE SOCIETY IS,

THERE IS THE LAW

The study of law is the first step towards the application of justice

What is a Solicitor?

The Solicitor is a professional who serves the Justice and the Citizens. The Solicitor responds to the needs of the Citizens, with the primary mission of assisting them in the protection of their rights, alerting them to their duties and resolving common problems in accessing Justice and the Administration, through representation.

To become a solicitor, you must have a degree in Soliciting or Law, complete an internship taught by the professional association of Solicitors and pass the final aggregation exam, and be registered with the College of Solicitors. All solicitors must hold a professional license.

The Solicitor acts as an ATTORNEY, insofar as he represents, advises and accompanies Citizens before administrative bodies, services and courts, defending their rights and protecting their interests.
